Privacy Policy

Pacawood Private Limited (“Pacawood”, “we”, “us”) operates pacawood.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to answer you, we don’t sell it, and we don’t run advertising trackers.

What we collect

  • Contact briefs. When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project (company, budget range, message) so we can reply.
  • Job and internship applications. Applications include your contact details, the note you write us, and — where provided — your résumé or portfolio links. They are used only to evaluate your application.
  • Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe. Every mail carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Aggregate visit count. We keep a single anonymous counter of site visits. It is not linked to you and cannot be used to profile anyone.
  • Studio accounts. Team members signing into the admin panel authenticate through Supabase Auth, which stores the account credentials on our behalf.

Cookies

We set only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie when you sign in, needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you click play, so no third-party cookies are placed until you choose to watch.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of processors to run this site. Each receives only the data needed for its job:

  • Vercel — web hosting and CDN.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Resend — transactional email (notifications, newsletters).
  • Cloudflare — media asset storage and delivery.
  • Appetize — streams in-browser demos of our Android apps.
  • YouTube — video embeds (loaded only on click).

How we use your data

To reply to your enquiry, evaluate applications, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep the site secure (rate limiting on public forms). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Retention & security

We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted (and any legal record-keeping), then delete them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level access controls; only authorised studio team members can read submissions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you — under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, if you are in the EU/EEA or UK, the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe or complain, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
