We are small on purpose. That means the work you do here is visible, the decisions you make actually stick, and nothing you build disappears into a committee.
Create worlds worth playing. Every project we take on has to earn its place — no filler, no cash grabs.
Build an Indian studio whose work stands beside anything shipping out of Helsinki, Montréal, or Los Angeles.
Small team, high trust. Nobody here is waiting for permission to fix something they can see is broken.
We adopt tools that make us faster and drop the ones that don't. Curiosity is part of the job description.
You own your area outright — its wins, its bugs, its roadmap. Titles matter less than what you actually ship.
A learning budget, protected time, and teammates who'll happily walk you through what they know.
Async-friendly by default. Written over verbal, outcomes over hours logged at a desk.
Pitch the idea. If it's good, you get to build it — and your name goes on it.
Concept boards on every wall, playtests every Friday, and a team that argues about frame timing over lunch. Ideas get heard here regardless of who they came from.
Unity, Unreal, Blender, React, TypeScript, Supabase. We keep tooling current because fighting your tools is the worst way to lose a week.
Flat structure, direct feedback, no politics. If something isn't working, you say so — and we fix it together instead of routing it through three layers of approval.
No permanent crunch. Deadlines are planned, not discovered at midnight. We'd rather ship a week later than burn out the person who built it.
Conference budget, courses, and real mentorship. We invest in people who want to get sharper, and we promote from within before we look outside.
Junior or senior, you'll ship features that reach actual players. Nobody here is doing busywork to fill a sprint board.
Every application is read by a person. If you don't see your exact title but think you belong here, apply to the closest one and tell us why in the note.
Build the interfaces players and clients actually touch. React, TypeScript, and a real eye for motion and detail.
Design the services behind our games — auth, economy, leaderboards, live ops. Node, Postgres, and clean APIs.
Unity and C#. Gameplay systems, feel, and the thousand small decisions that separate a demo from a shipped build.
Applied ML for games and tooling — procedural content, player modelling, and pipeline automation that saves the team hours.
Own the feel of our products end to end. Wireframes to shipped screens, with a strong point of view on interaction.
High-poly to game-ready. Blender or Maya, Substance, and a portfolio that shows you care about silhouette and texel density.
Character and cinematic animation. Weight, timing, anticipation — the things that make a rig read as alive.
The bridge between art and engine. Shaders, tooling, optimisation, and keeping the pipeline unblocked.
Be the studio's voice. Discord, socials, devlogs, and building a player community that sticks around between launches.
User acquisition, ASO, and campaigns that get our games in front of the right players without burning budget.
Send us your CV and a portfolio or GitHub. We read everything a human wrote — no keyword filters.
We look for evidence you've shipped something. Side projects count. Personality shows through in the work.
A real conversation about real problems — no whiteboard trivia, no algorithm hazing.
Meet the founders. Ask us hard questions. This part goes both ways.
Clear numbers, clear scope, clear start date. No exploding deadlines or pressure tactics.
Machine ready, repo cloned, first task scoped. You'll ship something in week one.
Own your calendar. We care about output, not hours at a desk.
Work from anywhere in India. Most roles never require an office.
Pitch it, build it, ship it. Good ideas beat seniority every time.
Courses, books, conferences — funded, no approval theatre.
When a title does well, the people who built it share in that.
Current hardware and current engines. Your tools won't hold you back.
Small, kind, occasionally chaotic. Nobody here is a bad hang.
Clear paths, honest reviews, and promotion from inside first.
Kickstart your career with real-world projects, experienced mentors, and cutting-edge technologies at Pacawood Studio.
We believe students and fresh graduates deserve more than filing and fetching. Every intern at Pacawood is given a seat on a real team, a named mentor, and a task that ships.
You will not spend three months on a sample assignment that gets deleted when you leave. You'll contribute to the same production projects our full-time engineers, artists and marketers work on — the games in our store listings, the pipelines behind our animation reel, the campaigns that put our titles in front of players. When you finish, you'll have something real to point at.
Ship real interface work on our studio products — components, animation, and responsive layouts that go live.
Build APIs and services that our games and sites actually depend on. Real schemas, real traffic.
Work inside a live Unity project. Gameplay systems, UI, and features that land in a shipped build.
Applied ML for games and internal tooling — content generation, analytics, and pipeline automation.
Design screens and flows for our games and studio products, then watch them get built exactly as drawn.
Model props, environments, and characters for real projects. Learn game-ready topology from people who do it daily.
Character and cinematic animation for our games and animation reel. Rigging, timing, and polish.
Build and ship features in our React Native apps — real users, real Play Store releases.
CI/CD, deployments, monitoring. Keep the pipeline green and the builds shipping.
Run campaigns, ASO, and content for our published titles. Own a channel and its numbers.
Your code and art go into builds that real players download. No throwaway sample tasks.
Sprint planning, code review, release cycles — the actual rhythm of a working studio.
A named mentor from day one who reviews your work and answers your questions properly.
Finish with shipped work you can point to in any interview, anywhere.
Formal certificate of completion issued by Pacawood Private Limited.
Awarded for outstanding performance — written personally, not generated from a template.
Strong interns get first refusal on open roles. Several of our team started exactly here.
Remote-friendly and async by default. Fit it around your semester, not the other way round.

We read every application. Portfolio and GitHub carry more weight than CGPA.
A small, relevant task — only where the role needs it. Never unpaid spec work.

Offer letter, start date, and your mentor introduced before day one.
